My Own Monster(s) monster's...

In my previous post My Own Monster(s) I raved about sei lifestyle My Own Monster iron-on kits. After the boys made their t-shirts they painted up a couple blocks of wood to make their own little monster mini-me's with some of their left overs:

I found these adorable mummies on Inspiring Creations blog's post Terra Cotta Mummies Tutorial instead of using wiggly eyes I used up two pairs of spooky eyes left over from last years pumpkin carving kit!
I came across this super cute frame idea on eighteen25 blog's post Today's Project: Frightfully Fun Frames instead of painting wooden letters (they cheapest they had at Michael's were $2.99 a piece!) I cut these using my Cricut.
The picture really doesn't do these frames sparkle factor justice!

Glitter Spider Webs-PBS KIDS

Last week between shows PBS KIDS aired an old cooked spaghetti, glue & glitter spider web craft. We made a few substitutions and made our own glittery spider webs complete with pipe cleaner spiders!
We laid out yarn (in place of spaghetti) in the shapes of spider webs...

My Own Monster(s)

I fell in LOVE with these simple (PEEL PLACE PRESS-how can it be any easier?) iron-on monsters when I came across them on the sei lifestyle blog in this post My Own Monster
We immediately ordered up a "Cool Curt" and "Blobby Bobby" kit for the boys...
Here are their super cute creations!

The twins want to paint up a couple blocks of wood today and use up some of the extra pieces to make their own monster Halloween decoration look-a-likes!

...one proud soccer mom! Saturday marked the start of our third soccer season! Things are a little different this go around. We joined a new (i.e: better organized) club and after one practice and one game under our belts were are very excited and happy about our move. We love our coach, we love having a HUGE team, we love actually learning the fundamentals of soccer and most of all the boys love their new team name the Rockets and their new jersey's that proudly sport numbers this season!
